Tracy started TDB Training as a sole trader in April 2002, primarily delivering forklift truck training on customers' premises. She has over 10 years experience as a forklift truck operator and was one of the first women in the North East to achieve her instructor qualifications. In January 2004 Tracy registered TDB Training as a Limited Company. The company has developed and grown and in 2010 Tracy appointed a new Managing Director to allow her to focus on new products and services. Tracy's interests and passions range from walking, cycling and family activities.
